Optional consent to publish selected profile data
This optional, granular choice applies only when a user deliberately makes selected professional-profile information public. It is not required to create an account or use private features.
1. Selectable data
- name, profile image, and public contact details;
- professional description, services, products, and published work;
- business locations, opening hours, prices, and availability;
- public posts, stories, ratings, and reviews.
2. Audience and purpose
The interface must identify which fields are public, their intended audience, whether search-engine indexing is enabled, and the purpose of publication. No field may become public merely because this page was viewed.
3. Controls and withdrawal
Users must be able to select categories individually, limit visibility where supported, and withdraw consent from settings. Withdrawal stops future publication when the visibility control is applied, without affecting prior lawful processing.
4. Evidence
minibi records version en-distribution-consent-v1, server time, channel, selected categories, audience, restrictions, and duration only as needed to demonstrate the choice.
